Arsenal Injury Update: Arteta Comments on White and Mosquera Ahead of Brighton Clash

Mikel Arteta has provided the latest on the injury status of key Arsenal players before their Premier League game against Brighton this weekend.

The Gunners maintained a perfect start to the season with a 2-0 victory over Sunderland last weekend. They then advanced to the fourth round of the EFL Cup by defeating Ipswich Town 4-2, despite making numerous changes to their lineup.

Now, Arsenal will face a strong Brighton side fresh from an impressive 3-2 comeback win at Old Trafford against Manchester United. This will be Arsenal's final Premier League match before the international break.

Current Player Injuries

France defender William Saliba remains sidelined due to a back issue sustained during the World Cup. He has not yet returned to training and will miss both the Brighton game and upcoming international fixtures for France.

Arteta also updated on fellow defenders Cristhian Mosquera and Ben White, who have recently been out due to injuries.

Meanwhile, Piero Hincapie and Jurrien Timber missed the midweek clash with Ipswich but are expected to be available for selection soon, potentially starting on the bench.
