Women’s Super League 2026/27 Transfer Calendar Dates Announced

The Women’s Super League has locked in its transfer calendar for the 2026/27 season, and the dates will already be ringed in red across recruitment boards up and down the country.

The summer window opens on Tuesday, June 16, giving clubs a crucial runway to reshape squads before the new campaign. From that date, deals can be registered right through to 11pm (UK time) on Thursday, September 3, when the deadline will slam shut and any unfinished business will be left on the table.

Then comes the reset in mid-season. The winter window is scheduled to open on Monday, January 4, 2027, with clubs granted until 11pm on Thursday, February 4, to fix problems, cover injuries or pounce on late opportunities.

Last summer’s window underlined just how decisive smart work can be: Chloe Kelly, Taylor Hinds, Anneke Borbe and Olivia Smith all arrived before the season kicked into gear, adding fresh quality and depth. When January rolled around, Smilla Holmberg came through the door, followed by Barbora Votikova on loan, as the club used the winter market to fine-tune its options.

With the timelines now set, sporting directors, analysts and agents know exactly when the next rebuild begins. The question is who will move first.
