Tottenham Secure Loan Deal for Manchester City's Omar Marmoush with £60m Obligation to Buy

Tottenham Hotspur have arranged a loan agreement to bring Manchester City forward Omar Marmoush to their squad, with a commitment to make the transfer permanent next summer for £60 million.
