The couple, together for nearly ten years, chose to keep their assets separate through a prenup signed on August 10, just one day before their wedding. They finalized this agreement at a public notary office in Lisbon, agreeing to maintain individual ownership of pre-marriage properties.

On August 11, they exchanged vows during a private civil ceremony at their mansion located in Quinta da Marinha, Cascais. The intimate event was attended by only four witnesses and their children.
