Liverpool Signs Barcelona Defender Araujo on Loan

The operation is described as unexpected, a late twist in a summer window where Liverpool had been linked with a range of defensive targets but not prominently with Araujo.

For Barcelona, the decision reflects a clear shift in hierarchy at the back.
