The 2026-27 home jersey dropped on May 19, 2026. It draws inspiration from the iconic 1989-91 adidas Liverpool FC home shirt, famous for its geometric pattern and worn during Kenny Dalglish’s title-winning season of 1989/90. The deep red base is energized by an updated all-over graphic that echoes the original’s style but with sharper, contemporary lines.

White accents highlight the adidas logo, club crest, and trims, reinforcing the vintage feel. The design channels the energy of 1980s football culture with a fresh twist.

The new away kit also leans on history, inspired by the club’s mid-80s away strips. It features a bright white base with red and grey details. Notably, the adidas Trefoil logo returns alongside a heritage Liver bird crest, enhancing the retro vibe brought in with this adidas partnership.

A subtle pattern woven into the fabric draws from old Anfield match tickets, honoring long-time fans. This shirt combines streetwear influences with historical elements, swapping the usual performance logo for the classic Trefoil.
