Liverpool 2026-27 Kits: Home, Away, Third & Goalkeeper Jerseys Revealed
Liverpool has revealed its 2026-27 season kits after reuniting with adidas. The home and away jerseys bring back elements from the club’s past while adding modern touches. The home kit revives the classic three stripes look at Anfield. Meanwhile, the away shirt nods to memorable designs from the mid-1980s, featuring a crisp white base accented with red and grey.
Home Kit Details, Release Date & Price
The 2026-27 home jersey dropped on May 19, 2026. It draws inspiration from the iconic 1989-91 adidas Liverpool FC home shirt, famous for its geometric pattern and worn during Kenny Dalglish’s title-winning season of 1989/90. The deep red base is energized by an updated all-over graphic that echoes the original’s style but with sharper, contemporary lines.
White accents highlight the adidas logo, club crest, and trims, reinforcing the vintage feel. The design channels the energy of 1980s football culture with a fresh twist.
Away Kit Design, Launch & Pricing
The new away kit also leans on history, inspired by the club’s mid-80s away strips. It features a bright white base with red and grey details. Notably, the adidas Trefoil logo returns alongside a heritage Liver bird crest, enhancing the retro vibe brought in with this adidas partnership.
A subtle pattern woven into the fabric draws from old Anfield match tickets, honoring long-time fans. This shirt combines streetwear influences with historical elements, swapping the usual performance logo for the classic Trefoil. Maroon logos and striped red, white, and grey trims on collar and sleeves complete the look.
Third Kit Preview and Expected Release
The third kit takes a more daring route with a solid black background and a striking maroon wavy graphic sweeping across the body and sleeves. Leaks suggest this design represents the dynamic checkerboard flags waved on the Kop during famous European nights.
This bold third option is set to launch in August 2026.
Prices for the new Liverpool kits start at £60, available now through adidas and official retailers.
