The 21-year-old arrives for an undisclosed fee from the League of Ireland First Division side, where he clocked up 53 league appearances and five goals. Those numbers hint at a player trusted to play regularly rather than a fringe prospect, and that reliability has clearly appealed to Grimsby’s recruitment team.
