Eli Junior Kroupi's Barcelona Dream Faces Bournemouth's Stiff Resistance

According to COPE journalist Helena Condis, AFC Bournemouth forward Eli Junior Kroupi wants to join FC Barcelona this summer. For the 20-year-old Frenchman, the move is described as an absolute dream. For Bournemouth, it is a non-starter.

A rising option behind the main target

Barcelona’s priority remains clear: Julian Alvarez. Kroupi is one of the alternatives on the table, not the headline act. Even so, the Catalan club have already moved beyond simple scouting. They have held exploratory talks with both the player’s entourage and Bournemouth, sounding out the conditions of a possible deal.

Those conversations have confirmed two things. Kroupi is all-in on the idea. Bournemouth are not.
