Latest Transfer News: Yokota to Rangers, Potts Leaves West Ham

Rangers have reportedly finalized a deal to sign Hannover forward Daisuke Yokota. Yokota is expected to travel to Scotland on August 4 for medical tests before signing a long-term contract.

Freddie Potts Departs West Ham

West Ham United are preparing for life in the Championship after finishing 18th in the Premier League last season, their first drop to the second tier in 15 years. The club has confirmed that midfielder Freddie Potts has left, moving to Belgian champions Club Brugge for an undisclosed fee.

Potts, aged 22, joins Brugge just as they prepare for European competition, having secured automatic entry to the Champions League group stage through their 2025-26 Belgian Pro League title. This means Club Brugge will play at least eight matches in UEFA's top tournament next season.
