Premier League Transfer Window: Final Days of Major Deals

The Premier League’s summer window is down to its final four days, and the scramble has begun. Squads are being patched, reshaped and, in some cases, ripped apart as clubs race to get business over the line before Tuesday’s deadline.

United, Liverpool and City circle major deals

Manchester United are still pushing for a new left-back, with recruitment staff working against the clock to plug a glaring hole in Erik ten Hag’s squad.

Liverpool, meanwhile, are expected to complete a huge move for Bradley Barcola. The deal has been described as a blockbuster nine-figure transfer, underlining Liverpool’s willingness to back Arne Slot in his first summer in charge.

Across the city, Manchester City are poised to smash another benchmark. According to TyC Sports, City have agreed a £120million fee with Chelsea for Enzo Fernandez. Ipswich’s ambition doesn’t stop there. Tammy Abraham must now decide whether to leave Aston Villa and join the Tractor Boys on loan. A straight loan deal has been agreed between the clubs, but the final call rests with the striker. The player has already said his goodbyes ahead of joining the Premier League champions, with United inserting a significant sell-on clause to protect their long-term interests.
