Pedro Neto Targeted by Man City in Transfer Window

The 26-year-old Portugal international is not seen as one of the “untouchables” at Stamford Bridge. That single detail changes everything. It means Chelsea are prepared to listen, and with the deadline looming, the prospect of a move is real.

The interest from Manchester City adds an extra layer. A move to the Etihad would reunite Neto with Enzo Maresca, his former Chelsea boss. The pair are understood to have built a strong relationship, and that connection has not faded.

Neto is among the players reported to have been frustrated when Maresca left midway through last season. Now the Italian is in charge at City, and the winger is firmly on their radar.
