The 26-year-old Senegalese international is set to undergo a medical examination on Tuesday, with the transfer expected to be completed shortly after, giving Man City a significant boost in their forward line.

According to ESPN, Manchester City will pay an upfront fee of £60 million for Ndiaye, with an additional £5 million tied to performance-related bonuses. Ndiaye has been allowed by Everton’s management at Goodison Park to travel for his medical checkup, signaling the final stages of the transfer.

Maresca's Response After Failed Gakpo Bid

After a surprise refusal from Liverpool to sell Dutch forward Cody Gakpo, Man City quickly shifted focus to Ndiaye. The club wasted no time in making their move, beating Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur to secure the player’s signature. Tottenham had also shown interest in Ndiaye but could not match City’s pace and offer.
